Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

QuokkaNexus will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout. However, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address; QuokkaNexus is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Refund Policy

QuokkaNexus offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for most products, including keyboards, controllers, and headphones. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging, and must not show signs of physical damage or misuse. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Certain products, such as clearance items or custom orders, may be exempt from this policy and will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
